The Best Foods to Help Gain Weight

Working out takes energy and we gain this energy through foods naturally. If you want to gain energy then you can pretty much just eat a lot of fruits and vegetables and a balanced diet, plenty of water and of course exercise puts all of these things into play for the body to convert them into that needed energy, but what if you want more than just energy? What if you need to bulk up so you can build powerful muscles? Then you need to find foods to help gain weight while not sacrificing the energy you also need.
Food has some fascinating properties that the body can, almost magically, convert into a variety of useful things like energy and yes muscles. The food provides the body with what it needs to repair itself, which is what helps you gain muscle mass. When you are body building you are essentially tearing the muscle by overworking it at a safe level, then the muscle repairs itself by scaring over. This is the body's natural mechanism to sync up with your environment, to give you strength when you need it.
Gaining weight is not just something you do by eating foods that make you fat, this will do very little in the way of building or rather giving the body what it needs to repair the muscle tissue. You need to bulk up with the right foods as certain foods and combinations of foods at certain intervals throughout the day will give your body exactly what it needs to heal quickly and to produce enough energy for your workout. It also helps your body to metabolize foods better so your food is efficiently used not stored as fat.
Some fat is ok, but too much can make you lazy and can block the body's ability to efficiently do its job. It can also ruin your results in things like building sculpted abs. Even if the muscles are there and toned if your diet is not right they will not show up because they will be covered by fats! You should take the time to learn the proper way to gain weight and what foods will help you in this respect.
