Every other day there is a fuss about size zero and anorexia. What exactly are these? Why is everyone so concerned about skinny models strutting down the ramps? The answer is pretty simple. Being underweight is not a good thing and sometimes it may get worse than being fat or overweight! So while some people are working out vigorously to cut off the extra layer of flab from the waistline, or curbing their intake of junk food, there are others who are looking for ways to gain weight. While being obese us something that everyone should avoid, being skinny and reed thin are not good either. Bench Press: This can be extremely helpful in your attempt to gain weight. This is mainly aimed at your chest and can make it broader. Deadlifts: Here you need to lift heavy weights mainly on the support of your back.
