The Right Exercise Program
One of the conditions of sticking to an exercise program is finding the right exercise program for you.
We are all different and in order to reap the benefits of exercising we must commit to a certain amount of time set aside each week. Most experts or trainers suggest a certain amount of time or a certain number of exercise session per week. You may decide you need the benefit of aerobic exercise versus strength training. It is possible to do both at the same time.
The Right Piece of Equipment.
I believe we are all born with the right pieces of exercise equipment (our legs).
However if there is some reason you can not walk and gain the benefit of exercise, there is one piece of equipment that will strengthen your legs and give a good cardiovascular workout. This one piece of equipment will also provide you with a strength training program. I have this one piece of equipment and it takes place of a whole gym. I have purchased so many pieces of exercise equipment over the years. Some of these pieces of exercise equipment I could not even use. You can own them all or own the most expensive one they make, if you don't use it you will never derive the benefits of exercising. The Total Gym is my favorite way to stay in shape.
